Rare Mattel Barbie Special Millennium Edition Princess Fashion Doll (24154) NRFB! All 3 tape seals have been torn or cut(see pictures), but the box has never been opened. Not even the slightest bit. Otherwise in near perfect condition. Been in storage for over 20 years. See pictures for overall condition.
