Vintage 1973 "Sweet Sixteen Barbie" Special Happy Birthday Doll- NRFB- HTF. This Barbie has never been removed from her box/card so she is in new condition and comes with her accessories. There is some dust/dirt on her arms. It probably got in through the slits in the back of the box. The cello hat has slipped away from her bangs but still is covering the rest of her hair.
